Tewahedo Orthodox Resources ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Tewahedo Orthodox mobile application and the tewahedoresources.com website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name and profile photo as provided by those services. You may choose a display username.

Church Directory Contributions

If you submit a church to our directory, the information you provide (church name, location, service times, links) is stored and may be displayed publicly after approval.

  • To manage your account and saved content (bookmarks, followed churches)
  • To send password reset emails when requested
  • To display community contributions you choose to make

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage (Keychain on iOS).
